FROM OUR BALI STUDIO TO YOU
All Indonesian orders are prepared and dispatched directly from our Bali studio or Showroom.
Depending on your location, you can choose showroom pickup, local Bali delivery or nationwide shipping across Indonesia.
BALI DELIVERY
For customers in Bali, we offer local delivery via GoJek / GoSend for eligible addresses.
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange delivery and confirm the courier cost before dispatch.
Delivery availability and timing depend on your location, traffic conditions and courier availability.
For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp and our team will let you know the fastest available option.
SHOWROOM PICKUP
Prefer to collect your order in person? Complimentary pickup is available from our Pererenan showroom.

INDONESIA — OUTSIDE BALI
Orders to the rest of Indonesia are shipped using trusted domestic courier partners including JNE and Pos Indonesia.
Available shipping services and costs will depend on your destination, parcel size and the service selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery times provided by the courier are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather, regional accessibility or other circumstances outside AMOR MIA's control.
READY-TO-SHIP & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Ready-to-ship pieces will be dispatched once your order has been processed.
Made-to-order, custom or altered pieces require additional production time before they are ready for delivery or collection. Any estimated production timeframe will be communicated when your order is confirmed.
Once your piece is complete, our team will notify you before arranging shipment or pickup.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
For orders shipped via JNE or Pos Indonesia, tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.
For Bali deliveries arranged through GoJek / GoSend, our team will coordinate the delivery directly with you.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are complete and correct before placing your order.
For Indonesian addresses, we strongly recommend including:
- Recipient's full name
- Active Indonesian phone / WhatsApp number
- Complete street address
- Kecamatan and Kabupaten/Kota
- Province
- Postal code
- Any useful delivery notes
